EdgePro is an information service. We aggregate publicly-available sports market data and produce statistical model outputs (predicted win probabilities, value flags, lay signals, in-play alerts).

If you choose to enable the optional autobet feature, you supply your own bookmaker credentials and bets are placed against your own bookmaker account at your own risk. You remain solely responsible for those bets, including their outcome and any restrictions your bookmaker may impose.

By creating an account you warrant that you meet all the above. We reserve the right to require proof of age and identity, and to suspend or terminate any account where we reasonably believe these warranties are untrue.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe at the price displayed on the Pricing page (currently £30.00 per month, including VAT where applicable). Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via your account → Billing → Manage subscription, or by emailing support@edgepro.bet.
If a payment fails we will retry up to three times. If all retries fail your account will revert to the free tier and paid features will lock until you update payment details.
Statutory right to cancel. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers in the UK have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel distance-purchased digital services from the date of purchase.
Important — express consent and waiver. By subscribing and accessing paid content within the cooling-off period, you expressly consent to the supply of digital content beginning before the end of the 14-day period and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel under regulation 37(1)(a) once supply has begun. If you have not accessed paid content during the cooling-off period, you remain entitled to a full refund on request.
Outside of the statutory cooling-off period, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (e.g. the digital content fails to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described).
Nothing on EdgePro is, or is intended to be, financial, investment, gambling, legal, tax or other professional advice. All outputs are statistical estimates based on incomplete public information and historical data. Past performance does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for any decision to place a bet, the size of any stake, and the consequences of those decisions. You bet at your own risk.

EdgePro includes a members' community chat. Messages in the chat are written by other members, not by us. They are personal opinions and banter, not our advice, tips, or recommendations, and we do not check, endorse or verify them. Acting on anything another member posts is entirely at your own risk.
Your responsibility for what you post. You are solely responsible for the content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, store and moderate that content within the Service, and you confirm it is yours to share. You must not post content that is illegal, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, sexual, or that harasses, bullies or endangers anyone; that promotes self-harm or gambling-related harm; that reveals another person's private information; that infringes intellectual-property rights; that is spam, advertising, a scam, or a tout/affiliate solicitation; or that encourages anyone under 18 to gamble.
Reporting and moderation. Every message can be reported to our moderators using the report control next to it. We operate the chat as a user-to-user service and, consistent with our duties under the Online Safety Act 2023, we may review reports and remove any content, and suspend or permanently ban any member from the chat, at our discretion and without notice, where we consider it breaches these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Content that we reasonably believe to be illegal will be removed promptly and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
No liability for member content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from content posted by other members or from your reliance on it. The community chat is not a source of betting advice.
All content, branding, software, models and outputs of EdgePro are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, database rights and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access the Service for your own use, strictly subject to these Terms.
We will use reasonable endeavours to keep EdgePro available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party data outages, or circumstances beyond our control. We may add, remove or modify features at any time; where a change materially reduces the value of a paid feature, we will notify subscribers at least 14 days in advance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law:
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, supplied false information, engaged in fraud, abuse or unlawful conduct, or where we are required to do so by law. We may also terminate the Service entirely on at least 30 days' written notice; in that case any pre-paid unused subscription period will be refunded pro-rata.
If you have a complaint, please first contact us at complaints@edgepro.bet or follow our Complaints Procedure. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 business days and resolve them within 8 weeks. If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may have the right to refer it to an Alternative Dispute Resolution provider; details will be given in our final response.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including third-party data feed failures, internet disruption, regulatory action, industrial action, or natural disasters.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed and shown in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their habitual residence as required by mandatory law.
