We do not knowingly collect special-category data (UK GDPR Art. 9). We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18; the Service is not directed at children.
EdgePro produces statistical predictions using algorithmic models. These models do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you within the meaning of UK GDPR Art. 22 — they generate information about sporting events. Any decision to act on a signal is yours. We do not engage in solely automated profiling that would entitle you to the safeguards in Art. 22.
We share personal data only with carefully selected processors who are bound by data-processing agreements:
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing.
We may disclose personal data where required by law (court orders, lawful regulator requests, or to protect our rights, property or safety).
Stripe processes some payment data in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on (a) an adequacy decision under UK GDPR, or (b) the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, plus supplementary measures where necessary.
