Tell us if you need a break

If at any time you want to take a break from EdgePro, you have three options:

  1. Cancel — account → Billing → Cancel subscription. Reversible at any time.
  2. Self-exclude from EdgePro — email exclude@edgepro.bet from the address linked to your account. We will close the account and not accept new subscriptions from you for the period you specify (minimum 6 months).
  3. Delete your account and data — email privacy@edgepro.bet. We will erase your personal data within 30 days, subject to retention required by law.
