EdgePro is an information service that produces statistical model outputs. It does not predict the future. It identifies bets where our model believes the odds offered may be higher than the true probability of winning — but the model is often wrong, and even when it is right, individual bets are largely random.

EdgePro is not a licensed bookmaker or gambling operator

We are not licensed by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain or any other gambling regulator. We do not accept bets, hold customer funds, or settle outcomes. All bets are placed by you, with operators of your own choosing, against your own bookmaker accounts. You are responsible for ensuring those operators are licensed in your jurisdiction.

What "edge" or "EV" actually means

If a signal shows "+5% expected value", it does not mean you will win. It means that across many thousands of similar bets, the long-run statistical expectation is a +5% return on stakes. In any individual bet you can lose. In streaks of 20–50 bets you can lose money even when the model has real edge. This is normal mathematical variance and there is no way to eliminate it.

Things you should understand before using EdgePro

• You will have losing days, weeks, and potentially months. A model with genuine 5% edge can experience 20–30% drawdowns before recovering. Many users will quit during a drawdown that would have ended profitably.
• Past performance does not predict future results. Markets adapt. Edges erode. The model requires continuous re-calibration.
• Bookmakers may restrict or close your account. Many UK bookmakers limit, "factor", or close accounts of customers who win. EdgePro does not protect you from this and we have no influence over bookmaker decisions.
• The autobet feature uses your own bookmaker credentials. Bets it places are your bets, your liability, and your account-restriction risk. If a bug, an outage or a stale price causes a bad bet, the loss falls on you.
• Never bet money you cannot afford to lose. No money-management rule, system, or model overrides this.

Risk-management information (not advice)

The following describes how the EdgePro engine itself is configured by default. It is provided for transparency about the product's behaviour, not as personal advice. You must make your own decisions about how to manage your bankroll, in light of your own circumstances and any independent advice you choose to obtain.

• The engine caps any individual recommended stake at no more than 2% of the bankroll figure you supply.
• The engine uses a quarter-Kelly fraction by default rather than full Kelly, in order to reduce variance.
• The engine has a drawdown brake which raises the EV threshold for new BACK signals when intraday P&L is materially negative.
• You can disable autobet at any time. The default mode is paper (simulated) — you must explicitly switch to live mode to place real bets.

If you think gambling is becoming a problem

Most people do not recognise problem gambling until it has already caused harm. Warning signs include: betting more than planned; chasing losses; hiding gambling from family; borrowing money to bet; gambling affecting work, sleep or relationships. If any of those apply, please:

• Talk to someone. Visit gamcare.org.uk or call 0808 8020 133 (24/7, free, confidential).
• Self-exclude. GamStop blocks you from all UK-licensed gambling websites and apps for 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years. Gamban and BetBlocker add device-level blocking.
• Get debt help if you need it. Free, confidential debt advice is available from StepChange (0800 138 1111), National Debtline (0808 808 4000), or Citizens Advice.
• Cancel your EdgePro subscription. Account → Billing → Cancel subscription. We will not retarget you, send win-back marketing, or attempt to recover you. If you request deletion at privacy@edgepro.bet, we delete your data within 30 days (subject to retention required by law).

Our commitments to you

• We will never market to you using urgency, scarcity, fear-of-missing-out, "guaranteed winners" claims, or chase-your-losses messaging.
• We do not offer free credit, deposit bonuses, or any inducement to bet.
• We display responsible-gambling links on every page.
• If you tell us you have self-excluded, or we have reasonable grounds to believe you may be experiencing harm, we will close your account and not accept further subscriptions from you.
